One-on-one lessons are much more effective because I can correct your playing, technique, time feel, and sound in real time. When watching videos, students often develop habits without realizing it because nobody is there to guide the details.
I also offer beginner and intermediate piano and music theory lessons. I have a Master’s Degree in Music, specialized education training, and professional experience as a performer.
About the Instructor
Ilya Dynov holds a Master’s Degree in Percussion Performance and a specialized degree in music education. He brings more than 15 years of teaching experience to students of many ages, levels, and musical goals.
As a performer, Ilya has appeared internationally in a wide range of styles, including festival performances, renowned orchestras, and professional ensembles. Lessons are built around the student: fundamentals, musicianship, repertoire, technique, reading, improvisation, and practical preparation for real playing situations.
